Here, a collision doesn’t automatically mean game over; instead, the damage to your car is calculated based on the severity of the crash. The more frequently and violently you collide with opposing cars, the greater the likelihood that your next crash will be your last.
And then there’s the mysterious black car that tries to force you off the road; if you touch it, a whole new kind of game opens up for you. Can you master it?
“Speeding on the A 81” supports not only classic arcade-style joystick controls but also a paddle, giving you even more precise control over your vehicle. And for all simulation enthusiasts, a special adapter for PC steering wheels has been developed for this game. You won’t get any closer to the experience of racing a Testarossa down the A81 on the C64.
