Story:
The artificial intelligence Io, now in control of the alien ship, initiates a hyperspace journey to an ancient system in the distant Andromeda Galaxy. It quickly becomes clear that something terrible must have happened once on the only planet in the habitable zone. Again, the player must follow the footsteps of Olivia Lund and
help her uncover a cruel secret, buried under the dust of a thousand years. Together with her sidekick Vlad, an extraterrestial robot spider, Olivia must fight an ancient threat and break the cycle of cosmic events that could lead to the destruction of all life in Andromeda, the Milky Way and its neighboring galaxies.
