Ende August '25 Bestellt, mit Vorkasse bezahlt. Bis jetzt nicht geliefert. Das sind 3 1/2 Monate. Artikel waren laut Webseite "sofort verfügbar", laut Bestellbestätigungsmail, "in der gewähten Menge nicht verfügbar". Alle Versuche der Nachfrage per Email, Kontaktformular etc. waren erfolglos.

Vor über einen Monat etwas bestellt, mehrmals das Kontaktformular genutzt, bis jetzt keine Antwort. Ware ist bezahlt und Rechnung auch bekommen, aber von der Ware keine Spur, laut Shop aber verfügbar.

Die Bestellung wurde vor fast 7 Wochen bezahlt und die Artikel sind seit einiger Zeit angeblich auch "sofort verfügbar". Grundsätzlich sind Verzögerungen ja ok, aber dass E-Mails auch nach mehr als 2 Wochen nicht beantwortet werden, ist nicht in Ordnung.

Ich habe am 03.09 ein Spiel bestellt. Sofort lieferbar und Lieferung in 3-10 Tage. Nach 11 Tagen noch nicht mal versendet, und auch nach 6 Tagen noch keine Antwort vom Verkäufer per Mail. Miese Masche um Artikel zu verkaufen und dann wenn mal Lust besteht eventuell zu versenden. Kommunikation sollte das a und o sein. Die Lieferzeit ist nicht mein Problem, aber Mails zu ignorieren schon. Ist ja kein Einzelfall wie man hier liest. Ich hoffe Paypal hilft mir da weiter.
